That didn’t become an issue until I began inquiring about my detention and reimbursements pay. And, that’s why I refuse to believe that they terminated me for just taking a few extra days off for legitimate medical reasons. But, when I was informed that the clinician couldn’t resolve my medical issues, I consulted my own doctor. Although they suggested that I go to a clinic before returning to employment. But, they said that it was due to me missing a couple days of work which was 1 day for prescription refill and 3 days for infection in my thumb. Because, I demanded reimbursements and detention pay. I was employed at ATS for a period of 19 months before being terminated. And, I was refused detention pay reimbursements, and bus fair to get to get me home after termination. After I became employed there, I had to downsize my home and let one of my vehicles go. Also, Moreover, the pay and loads were extremely poor.
On top of that, my DM would and her supervisor would blame me for having repair issues when it was time to pick up a load as if mechanical issues can’t arise when picking up a load. I had to frequent the Thermo King or Peterbuilt shop as a result of inoperable APU, radiator malfunction, damaged tires, and many other issues during my period of employment. My experience with ATS was horrible! While employed there, I experienced poor equipment.
